The Legend of Marilyn Monroe (3/6)
The Legend of Marilyn Monroe (4/6)
So she was beautiful, not only outside.
She died 19 months after the divorce; A. Miller, married one month after the divorce.
Both wanted kids.
...
"He is a better writer then a husband".
She was so alone in the world... then those difficult things that happened, including her not being able to have a child was more difficult to take then otherwise. Can a man take that? Love is the greatest warrior act after all. Real love, I mean.
Ok.... those pills and alcohol were a path to destruction....
From this other wife, he had two children one of then with Down syndrome. The child was dumped in an institution, with no relating to the parents, at the father's demand.
BBC ON THIS DAY | 24 | 1961: End of the road for Monroe and Miller
When i was a small child i had a classmate with the Down syndrome. Are there different levels of the illness, although we don't hear about that, generally speaking? He had it very lightly and he was beautiful, and he could learn. Only my teacher was horrible to him. I dare to say that that is pretty disgusting of Miller; he had enough good and beautiful things and people around him, in order to have love to give to the boy. He had money i suppose, too, so they could have had lots of assistance and help. Bah.

I
Eu sou santo e tenho poder.
o deserto
a confusão
não me analiso
não relaciono
as coisas

Telling of the tales of our souls
“The overwhelming difficulty of communicating soul in talk becomes crushingly real when two persons sit in two chairs, face to face and knee to knee as in an analysis with Jung. Then we realize what a miracle it is to find the right words, words that carry soul accurately, where thought, image, and feeling interweave. Then we realize that soul can be made on the spot simply through speech. Such talk is the most complex psychic endeavor imaginable-which says something about why Jung’s psychology was a cultural advance over Freud’s talking cure, free autistic associations on the couch.
